What it does
This is Anthropic's public repository of example Agent Skills for Claude. Most of it is general purpose, such as document, spreadsheet and slide skills, brand guidelines and internal comms, so it is not a game dev pack. The star count is for the whole repository, not the game-relevant skills alone.
A handful of skills are useful when making games. algorithmic-art creates generative art in p5.js with seeded randomness, flow fields and particle systems, which suits procedural backgrounds and effects. canvas-design makes static PNG or PDF art such as posters. web-artifacts-builder builds multi-component HTML apps with React and Tailwind, webapp-testing drives a local web app with Playwright to check behavior, take screenshots and read browser logs, and slack-gif-creator makes small animated GIFs. skill-creator helps you write your own skills, for example one for your game's codebase.
In Claude Code you add the repo as a plugin marketplace with /plugin marketplace add anthropics/skills, then install the example-skills plugin. The same example skills are already available on paid Claude.ai plans and through the Claude API.
