What it does
3AGameFactory is a framework of agent skills and generation pipelines from OpenDCAI. You open a coding agent such as Codex, Claude Code or Gemini CLI inside the repo, give it your game requirement and ask it to read the entry file, agent_skills/setting_overview.md. That file routes the agent to the right asset skills and to engine API notes for the engine you picked.
The pipelines cover source images and T-pose prep, 3D objects and scenes, rigging and motion, dialogue and sound effects, CG cutscene video, gameplay mechanics and UI. Asset QA skills review images, 3D objects, scenes, motion, audio and video before they go into the game. Engine adapters and API context ship for UE5, Unity, Godot 4, Blender and three.js.
The README's demo games mix assets generated with Meshy and Hunyuan3D with Mixamo and open-source assets, and its CG demos were made locally with the MiniMax H3 video model. Models are wrapped both as local models and as cloud APIs, and the project notes that third-party models and assets keep their own licenses.
Features
- Brief-to-game workflow with one entry file for the agent
- Image, 3D, motion, audio and CG video pipelines
- Gameplay and UI code generation
- Asset QA skills for each asset type
- Adapters for UE5, Unity, Godot 4, Blender and three.js
Limits
- Heavy setup: per-asset environments, model weights and engine installs
- Local models need downloaded weights and may need a GPU; cloud models cost extra
- Third-party models and assets keep their own licenses
