What it does

NovelToGame is a set of seven skills for adapting a novel into a game with Claude Code, Codex or Kimi Code. You give it the book and, if you have one, a target platform or engine. The agent reads the whole source, proposes a game direction it can defend and records the directions it rejected, then writes the game design and art direction documents with citations back to the text.

A product brief, drafted first, locks the platform, engine and test runtime, and the build is not allowed to quietly fall back to a web page if your toolchain is missing. The agent then builds the game and proves it plays through one recorded QA run, with anything untested written down as a limitation.

The three public examples are browser games, including a turn-based RPG and a Three.js build, each with playable links and the full adaptation workspace. Paid services such as image generation or voice are opt-in, and the agent stops to ask before using them. Some reference docs are in Chinese.
